  How to get started?

3. Enter Numbers or Upload CSV file that includes numbers
4. Click 'Start to Check' Button

  Why does the extension not work?

If it does not work, please disable other WhatsApp extensions and try, then it will work.

  Why does the extension check all fails?

It may be due to an issue with the format of your phone number. For example, it should be +1516888XXXX, but your format is +1 516 888 XXXX. You can first use our another product to convert the phone number into the correct format. Normalize phone numbers to E.164 format.

Or the script may not have finished loading. You can Check later. Or refresh the WhatsApp Web page again, wait for a while, and then try to Check.

  Why is it not responding when I use google login?

You can wait a little longer, or switch the network or restart the browser to try.

  Why I have already paid for the subscription and it doesn't give me the pro version?

Maybe the paddle email and the login email are mixed. You need to log in with your login email.

  How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time, by clicking the PRO button, and finally clicking the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.
